How we're structured

Justice Defenders, UK charity No. 1121764. is a subsidiary entity of Justice Defenders USA. We currently work in three African countries, with ambitions for scale.  Justice Defenders ensures that all funds entrusted to it are stewarded toward the global Justice Defenders mission.

How we're governed

Justice Defenders (UK) is a subsidiary entity of Justice Defenders in the US. Each has an independent board that contributes to the global strategy and ensures their country-specific governance and fiduciary roles are met.
